AutoXray code deciphering...Help!

AutoXray code deciphering...Help!
Just ran a few scans of the '95LT1 using the AutoXray. It says I have NO trouble codes, yet the ALDL light, ("SES" light) stays on during it's short run times...?
It did give me some other strange data, such as;
Spark Advance = 255'
Knock Retard = 15'
Knock Sensor (count) = 162 (during a 3-second run!)
There is a Trouble Code HISTORY of 43 - Electronic Spark Control failure, but DTC code of 43 in the Helm's manual states that this is a Knock Sensor problem, so don't know what this #43 is all about??? Has the Opit taken a crap? The PCM is from a '94 or '95 F-Body (purchased @ salavage yard)
Engine starts, but only runs for 5-10 seconds and is very choppy. It's easiest to start after battery has been disconnected, but if there aren't any trouble codes, I don't know why this would be???? Engine has about 42K on it.
Anyone have the Xray and can offer some help?
