I've got a Coleman Powermate, 6HP 21 gallon tank. Sam's Club for @ $240 or so including tools. Oiless so it is on the noisy side but works like a champ. Occasional use only so wear isn't a big issue.

In my experience it is normal for them to spray some oil. If it seems excessive, you may be giving them to much oil. A drop or two before it’s used for the day, a drop or two if it’s used a lot during the day and a drop or two before putting it to bed. Most of the excess will blow out the first time it’s rev’ed up and then can be wiped off.
