95 corvette engine troubles

0. Grab yourself the FSM for your car from Rockauto. It's listed in the 'literature' section at the bottom and is roughly $20. It's worth every penny and more.
1. There is a schrader valve on the fuel rail. Connect a fuel pressure gauge to this valve and check your actual fuel pressure reading. It should be around 40 PSI and stable. If it is, then the problem isn't fuel pressure (so not the fuel pump, fuel filter, or fuel pressure regulator).
2. Grab a USB to ALDL cable from ( http://aldlcable.com/products/aldlobd2u.asp ) and the free software EEHack from ( http://fbodytech.com/eehack-2/download-eehack/ ). This will allow you to connect to your car's computer and watch live data, as well as pull all error codes stored (even codes that don't turn the check engine light on). Being able to see all the sensor feedback on the car may help pinpoint what system is causing your issues.
If fuel pressure ends up the issue, also check the fuel pump relay, as without that working, you're not gonna get anything.
Also, where in California?
