A/C / Heater Help!!!!!
I just replaced my heater core, and now when I try to use any of the options on the a/c unit (auto, bi-lev, econ,(what does econ do anyway :crazy: ) etc) i can hear the blower motor come on but i cant feel any air coming out of the vents. For some reason the air blows hard out of the defroster, but nothing else. I know my blower motor was weak before, but I used to be able to tell when the blower was working. :mad It is so irritating I can feel the heat but its not coming out of the vents!!! Any ideas on what to look for when I take it back apart again??

funny you say that becuase after i fixed it there was a hissing noise that turned out to be a vacuum leak from a small black hose. I hooked it back up and the hissing stopped but i realized the connector i plugged it back into actually had 2 different places to plug a hose into. Do you think this is the problem? Does vacuum actually control where the air from the blower goes??

Did you check on putting a higher CFM fan in there...if so I need to find out which one....I want more air to blow....higher capacity....did you find one?????
