I looked up those codes on a '96 Vette (I wasn't sure if you were getting those codes on your LT1 or your Mossler) and got the following:
P1133= H02S (sensor) 1 Insuff. Switching
P1153= H02S Bank 2 Sensor 1 Insufficient Switching
Sounds like you might have some sort of O2 sensor problems. I think the H means you have heated O2 sensors. Hope this is some help. If you have a scan tool that you can watch the live data you could watch what your O2 sensors are doing. Good luck.

Thanks, guys. I had the headers put on about 2 months ago, that has been the only exhaust work. I am going to try and tackle this problem this weekend.
