DANA 44 Aluminum Specification
I blew the rear end in the '89 autocross car over the Thanksgiving Weekend and I need to know the material specification of the DANA 44 case.
It looks like a tooth came off the ring gear and got wedged between the case and the gear and the tooth exited the case through the bottom.
As DANA 44 case's are hard to find, I would like to weld this case and install a new gear set.
