Replacing bilstein shock bushings

Replacing bilstein shock bushings
1st time posting. Is there any way to replace the bushings on the rear shocks instead of replacing the shocks? Its a 1985 30,000 miles with the z51 and original shocks

Bilstein doesn’t sell the individual rubber parts, and they don’t service them when they rebuild. You are pretty much stuck finding one out of the poly bushing catalog and squeezing it in.
