Default LT1 engine stand bolts

What's the bolt size/thread needed to support a LT1 on an engine stand? I realize the length depends on my stand. I'm trying to have the bolts ready before I get the engine out.

technical size is 3/8-16.
3/8 is the diameter of the bolt, not metric
-16 is threads per inch

Being 'full thread' with no shoulders I'd have to question the buy. How about a snapshot of the head of the bolt. Is there any specified spec in the purchase description for them?

He trying to determine for your safety if these bolts are grade 5, grade 8 or not graded at all in which case you would not want to use them.
