Hello, I’ll be replacing my intake gasket as I have an oil leak from the passenger rear side of the engine on my 1990 convertible. Aside from the gasket set offered by ZIP, will I need any coolant or fuel hoses to be replaced?
thanks,

Just be sure to use high temp silicone on the china walls, only gaskets between head and intake sides.
The rubber type gasket's are not used on C4's china walls, some inlet manifold gaskets come with them throw them away.
Oh another tip, make sure the check the injector seals do not leak before installing the intake plenum.
well on the hose side of things, you will need a few sizes. including some very narrow hose to splice bits of the spaghetti vac lines that will break during the teardown.
i assume u r not in the position of driving into a local supplier with the intake off? that would be easiest rather than prebuying
When doing intake base on my prior '88 I roughened both the china walls and the mating surfaces under the intake base.
Once cleaned I laid down two rows of black RTV onto each wall as well as a thin bead around all water holes in the gaskets.
When you set the intake base down do it carefully and don't move it around. Then torque down the bolts in proper sequence and torque specs during each step. Once torqued down, let all stand for at least 24hrs.
