1986 Spare Tire
I know this has been discussed to death, and I've searched until my eyes are starting to bleed, but NOWHERE have I come across what the actual width of the space saver rim is. I know the tire size is a 155/80D16, but I need to know the actual width of the rim. I have found a replacement Maxxis T135/80D16 and I am trying to determine if that tire (being 20mm narrower) will still fit on the rim. Tire Rack can not answer whether or not it will fit.
