Default Hot cam and other things

Hello I’m interested of a 1996 corvette c4 with 37000 miles, but it has 400 ho it says and a hot cam, cold air, headers and bbk throttle. What is all that? Is that good for the reliability? And is it possible to make the engine back to original? Or is it maybe a good upgrade?

The 400 ho is a IDK.1996 Corvette came stock with either a LT1 with an automatic transmission or a LT4 with a manual transmission. The Hot Cam is Chevrolet's Showroom Stock Racing cam intended for the LT4 engine. Headers tubular exhaust manifolds vs the stock cast iron manifolds. The modifications will increase performance and shouldn't effect driveability. Returning to stock is just money.

Thank you for you’re answer. Sorry I meant 400 horsepower and if the cars still be reliable after all the upgrades they have made. And also it’s a lt1
