No Security Light at all on dash
All,
New owner of a C4. Running great when purchased with 45K miles on the 1991. Took into my mechanic for a once over along with oil change and AC replacement. Since he's had the car, we now have starting issues. Car will not crank. Oddly enough, the security light is not showing at all on the dash.... so Not sure what VATS is doing at this point, His computer would not communicate to the ECM, so have both a new ECM and a VATS termination connector ordered.... but yet to be delivered. Also, the center digital gage quit working between the Tach and Speedometer. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.Mechanic states he simply installed the new AC compressor and other needed AC parts. He also left the key in the ignition over night. I've had him replace the battery and starter as they were both needed, so these have now been ruled out. As I am new to the forum and Corvette world, your assistance is greatly appreciated.
