I installed this kit. Just unscrew the CAGS and replace with kit. I plugged the reverse lockout as well . I can drive a T56 without hitting reverse. If you can't you can remove the reverse lockout spring and shorten it so you still have it but without any electronics involved or just wire it up.

I removed the reverse lock-out solenoid and put a plug in the hole (same thread as the CAGS solenoid) with a heavier spring in there. It takes a bit more force to crash the gate but its not nearly as hard as pressing it thru the reverse lock-out solenoid spring. I was waiting on some parts and had some time to tune it to my liking.
When the spring is removed it goes into reverse like any other gear. Some are afraid of that. I'm aware of it when I shift into 5th. I'm used to a T56 with the Viper so I don't have any problems but some may. If so do as Benny said. I think there are some youtube vids on shortening the spring.
