OK, Back story. I just did a EBL-Flash change with the ECM. Before the swap I had no codes on the stock ECM. After the swap I now have a CODE 21 and for the life of me I can't track down why. Can someone give me the testing procedures for this before I go buy a new TPS for nothing and waste $30?
Did some voltage test with Key On Engine off throttle body closed
Black and grey wire 5V
Black and Blue wire also 5 volts. Shouldn't this be down around .5v ?
Bad TPS or another issue?
