Correct thats what I'm going to do thats why I posted the video to get opinions and definetly going to have someone take a look but if it is the engine what would be my best option.

Sounds like spun bearing to me.

That said, couple things to check:

Remove accessory belt to see if one of the accessories is locking up.
Pull FW inspection cover; check FW (rotate to see entire FW)
Pull VC's off to see how valve train looks.
Change oil - check for stripper glitter.
Open up oil filter (with oil filter cutter opener thingy) to see if there are pieces of bearing in there.

If the latter show signs of bearing, will have to pull the motor.

Update: Pulled valve covers and everything was still intact and didn't look damaged. Seems like the noise is definitely coming from bottom end after all.. Here are some pics:

Time for a new crate engine to make this thing run like it should of from the factory.

Take a look at Golen Engine. I bought a motor from him and absolutely CANNOT be happier. I got 533hp out of my LT4 and it came with an engine break in/dyno and a 3 year unlimited mile warranty.

Take a look at this small block he built a couple weeks ago. 630hp N/A.

Still have to take a look at the flexplate not ruling it out yet, especially after seeing this video kinda sounds similar. What do you guys think?

Noise may be familiar but would not explain metal in the oil.

Correct, the thing is the metal I saw was very little bit and you can't really see it everytime you look at the dipstick.
