Hello I own a 1985 Corvette 4 plus 3. It is idling a little high about 900 RPM. This car has thermostatic fans. When the car gets to the temperature that the fans should turn on at. The IAC, O2 sensor, and idle go crazy. The O2 goes to like 800, IAC goes to over 125 and the idle goes to 1600. Does anyone have an idea s to what may be happening?

No idea what's going on there, but the first thing I'd try is a complete reset, by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. Start up and let it idle for a while, and re-learn how to idle. Then see what you get.

Just a thought, but perhaps the previously used cooling fan relay (Nissan IIRC from your last thread) had already damaged the ECM before you replaced it.
Try disconnecting the relay and let it get up to operating temp and see if it has the same symptoms.
