1996 Speedo acts wierd
When sitting still my speedo on my 96 will bounce from 0-20-15-40-0-7 then when I move it acts normal. A while back I had to set the idle with a new IAC and I moved the TPS during this time.
On the 96 its not an adjustable part so i am not sure what to do. I used my scanner to check the 0-WOT and its in the proper ranges.
Is the TPS the problem and how to correct it? The car runs and drives fine.

When my speed sensor was going out, it would produce erratic readings. I first noticed it as the speed dependent audio would suddenly blast very loudly. I eventually noticed the speedo really flashing 255 mph when this happened. Most of the time it happened as I was coming to a stop.
