so it turns out after delet
ing the ac, air pump and all the idler/tensioners I ended up with this in the end a C5 power steering pump that has a clockwise rotation, i had to modify the bracket and shim it with washers to make it line up with crank and alternator.. and the VOLKSWAGON size belt that was the right length i needed ends up riding on top and bottom of the power steering pully, think this will work like that? i never seen a belt ride on both sides of a pully before but it actually kinda turned out perfect since it is barely hitting both sides haha. this is just crank power steering and alternator with electric water pump. it was a m/f'r to cut and grind and make it happen but there it is. not started up yet but super close
holley bypass fuel pressure gauge, sorta worked out nice there for now with no ac garbage to be in the way.. in. just sorta mock up stuff and get it running for now my opinion anyway, factory rubber lines ended up being cut right at the end and hooked up about perfect to the 06 an fittings, straight shot up to carb
need a 90 for the heater hose port on intake though
i know, it is an abomination! but hey. i am building the perfect dyno ya? electric pump, big tube headers, race exhaust minimal pully drag.. holley ultra DP 750 cfm, dart heads roller, that sucker is gonna scream man. and 4500 what???? that holley is just starting to get liking 4500 rpms. .515.530 voodoo says it will run like a rock right up to about 6500 shift points and 750 carb is good for all of that and more edelbrock rpm air gap intake is good for like 1500-6500 cam is 1800-6250. dart 180 heads should be making it all flow just nice... real nice. hopefully
