C4 (1991) wiper collision
My 1991 has always had a problem of the wipers clashing/colliding. My understanding is this was a problem with C4's until 1995 when the design of the wiper arms were changed.
Would the '95 arms fit on a '91 and would it fix the problem?

Wipers crashing together mid windshield in my Experience is a matter of adjustment, in the Valley between the windshield and Hood Seal there a Small removable piece. Take it out and with a 10mm short socket (on a 1/4" Swivel Extension if you have one) turn on wipers bring blades to point of Crash or mid wipe. turn off key to stop wipers, put socket setup thru little window and adjust lower blade Down just a small bit to open gap between blades. retest and adjust as needed after that to keep them from crashing or from passing off of edge of glass.
