OBD Port No Power
What I have tried.
1. Fuse 36, verified it, even though I have floor lamps
2. Key ON. check port 16 to 4, and 16 to battery ground, Volt Meter shows nothing.
3. Verified tool, and computer work in another vehicle.
Any suggestions would help, at this point, thinking of checking wire behind the port, and if no power there tracing back, but would love to hear suggestions before tearing into the dash.
Update...
Went through every fuse, was the power lock fuse. Can read the port again.

Pay for the fsm download it's about 45 bucks, has a great electric system troubleshooting section, and start running it down. Each year is slightly different, so it's best to get the info for your exact year car. Sounds like you know what to do, start checking the basics, eliminate what you know is t the problem until you find the culprit. That's the best advice anyone can give on the subject.
