Default 95 Front Brake Drag Question

Looking for some suggestions on how to diagnose an intermittent issue with my brakes. First of all, they perform well, with no pull or pulsing. However, sometimes (not always) while out driving, when I come to a stop, the brakes seem to be slightly engaged. By this I mean the car won’t roll back when on a slight hill (I have a manual trans). I’ve tried measuring the rotor temperatures as soon as I get home, with an infrared scanner, and usually, the fronts are both around 230F, and the rears are about 120F, give or take. So, my question is, are these temperatures normal? Could the issue be the flexible brake hoses maybe collapsing and holding brake pressure? Could it be a bad caliper? I expect the fronts to be hotter than the rears, and they are pretty much the same side to side, so what can I do to figure this out? Thanks in advance for your help!

Are the hoses original to the car? If so, I'd change them purely for safety reasons.
Does your brake pedal consistently return to the same location when you let off the brakes?
Do you hear any abnormal sounds or see any accelerated wear?
Were slide pins properly greased last time the brakes were changed?

Another thought, is it the same hills that you have an issue at? It could be an issue in the road. There are a few roads local to me where my other car won't fall back due to minor indentions in the blacktop.

The temps don't sound bad, I believe under 300F is pretty cool for brakes.

My '92 does the same thing...and everything brake related on it, works great. Nature of the beast.

The brake pedal returns consistently.
No abnormal sounds. Not sure about wear. Brakes work very well.
I haven’t done any brake work on the car since I bought it. I’ve probably only put a couple of thousand miles on it so far.
It’s not the same road. No real rhyme or reason to it.

Thanks for your input!

I’m thinking that might be the case. I never get any funny brake smell, as you might expect if a caliper was dragging. I’m going to take a look at the brake hoses and probably change them, just for good measure…

Copy that. My car's been doing it for 12 years and nearly 70k miles (as long as I've had it). I didn't like that, at first, but I've gotten over it.
