Hi guy,

I'm thinking about swapping my 2.59 gears with a shorter ratio (3.73) on my '89 automatic. I asked for a quote from Corvette World here in Dallas, and they came back with $3200, as they recommended replacing basically the entire rear axel. They've helped me with a couple of other things, but clearly changing the ring n pinion only just isn't the kind of work they want to take on, so that's a non-starter.

Any ideas on a shop in the DFW area I might approach about a straight gear swap?
