1992 convertible top

1992 convertible top
I am having issues putting the top down. Everything works, except when trying to get the passenger rear of the convertible to get to vertical so the rear hatch can clear and open it is hanging up. It seems simple but I just bought this 1992 corvette from the 2nd owner in really good shape... I and have no idea what is causing it.
