Reprogram needed with different injectors with adjustable FPR?
I have an LT4 which has the 27.4 lbs injectors rated at 43 psi. I got a set of 28.8 lbs LS6 injectors which are rated at 58.4 psi. I can run the LS6 28.8 lbs injectors running at 53 PSI to get me 27.44 lbs.
Do I need to get a PCM reprogram for this anyway?

Assuming that the ECM was told that the injectors were 27.4 (@43#), then your calculation for re-calibrating the new injectors looks okay. The ECM only wants to know how much fuel is injected with a given pulse width.
So, if it is now in fact getting the equivilant of 27.4 #, you are okay. No further ECM changes are required (except the usual changes for rich/lean correction).
