Is there any room for a decent size front mount intercooler? I’m thinking of attempting a 5.3 single turbo build. I’ll be removing all air conditioning components. Thanks
What year? I have a front mount in my 85 and, while it is a very tight fit, you can get one in front of the condenser. Without air conditioning, you'd have "plenty" of room.

@JoBy Joby that's interesting, your intercooler piping is routed very similar to how mine is. (Not like there are a ton of options with the very limited room in a C4...) Looks like 3" pipe? I'm planning on changing the path of the piping on the passenger side. I like how your looks there a lot better than how I did mine. Does your car still have the factory coolant overflow tank in the stock location?

Yes, but those pictures are over 16 years old.
Intercooler has 3" ports. Driver side to engine is 3". Pipe from turbo to intercooler increases from 2.5" to 3". I have bought my third tubro for the Corvette no, sizing up again. So I have to make a new pipe from turbo to intercooler.
I have installed a thicker all aluminum radiator and also lowered it to make room for a new radiator shroud with inlet ducting over the radiator. The Crossfire has a different radiator shroud with no space over the radiator and air ducting molded inte the hood.
