Driven plenty of vehicles like that. They lasted a long time. I wouldn't worry so much but a filter wouldn't hurt. Still gets loaded up you know?

Adding clean oil to dirty oil doesn't remove any dirt/contamination. Change it at regular intervals.

That's a lot of oil.

I remember when I first bought mine and had it shipped up here (sight unseen, btw, aside from a couple of vague photos) the thing leaked like a sieve. I basically had to park it on a sheet of plastic. It was bad. Rear main leaked, trans fluid from the tail housing leaked, power steering fluid leaked from the rack, oil pressure sensor leaked, valve cover gaskets leaked, coolant leaked...

My rear view was nothing but smoke. It's kind of funny thinking back on it. Think I drove it around that way for about a month just to see how much fluids(s) I was actually losing before finally deciding on fixing it rather than flipping it.

I'm just now starting to clean up the undercarriage from all of the mess that was left behind. Only have the c-beam and driveshaft left to do but I put that off til last so maybe I can trick myself into justifying a quik-lift.

Anyway. Yeah. Shouldprobably change the oil and filter based on what Krusty mentioned.

I'd say adding 5 quarts every 10 weeks is essentially changing

If its not leaking out of the drain plug then at some point the whole pan floor is going to be dirt that the pump screen is going to clean up, The leaks need fixed so you can get back to normal oil changes.
