I believe in giving credit when credits due. I bought that painless wiring accessory fuse block for all my goodies that I in the past had tied into other wiring in the car. With the engine out of the car, now was a prime time to fix all the wiring and do it correctly.
So I bought one of their fuse blocks. It finally came today, and man will it make adding a fuse block easy. Every wire is very clearly labeled, relays already labeled, and perminately wired in and weather sealed. SO basically all I need to do is find a convenient spot to locate it, run a wire to the battery, one to an existing fused circuit. And then tie the accesories neatly into the provided wires.
This has been something that has been on my list to do for quite some time, but not being an electric guru, it was always put to the wayside.
Anyone wanting to do the same, should not hesitate to buy their stuff. It really makes for an easy installation.
I had one of those along with a painless switch panel in my former Mustang(7 sec beast). They are VERY nice pieces. Everything is labeled nicely and they look great.
