Default How should this work? [setup]

Its not for me, I already order my stuff. I just thought that his could be a good and cheap setup..

Holley stealth ram (with mod plenum to clear the hood) , lt4 hot cam kit, ported 113 alu heads, headers.

I know about the hood issue and the HSR. But you think you should have a strong car?

Yes, all LT1 and L98(roller) cams are the same as far as interchanging them. Only difference is the pin length on some of them.

Don't modify the stealthram. :nono: Modify the hood! Holley designed that plenum to be a certain volume, I wouldn't go messing it up no matter how little it was. Besides... C4s with a slight hood rise look mean.

well as long you keep the propper volym you should be ok. You clould make the plenum box wider and lower and still keep the same volym.

Well you know just making the box wider will still change the characteristics of the whole thing. Making a MR/SR wider wont necessarily improve your flow or power numbers will it? You could still cause some type of lean/rich condition in one cylinder when you mess with stuff like that.

I would like to see a C4 hood thats more subdued like the C5 high rise hoods, but all the ones they make for us (that ive seen) are too high and too ugly.

Just talking about the motor though, id say the Stealthram and Hotcam would make a good combo.
