Default 1986 Cruise Control Questions

I am in the process of working on a steering column and I have questions concerning the cruise control switches under the dash.

I know that the switch indicated by the blue line is the Stop Lamp Switch (part # 25524847).
The two switches indicated by the red lines are identical and they are the Cruise Control Vacuum Relief Valves (part # 25523376).
When I look at the instrument panel wiring diagram in the Parts and Illustration Catalog for the 84-86, it appears that the terminal circled in green does not have a connector attached to it as is the case with mine. Is this correct?
When I look at the cruise controls diagram in the Parts and Illustration Catalog, it shows a 7/32 "x125mm vacuum hose attached to each relief valve and then connected to a Tee connector (part # 14004877) and then going out to the servo. Is this correct?
The way it is presently I only have the one valve connected to a vac hose leading to the servo. Shouldn't there be a vac line attached at the switch location circled in yellow?

The 9C section of your FSM should answer all of your questions. With a manual trans I don't believe the vacuum port is used. It would serve no purpose!

OK, so it appears what I have is correct. Thanks again.
