Headlight Issue
Hi All
I recently purchases a 1987 C4 Corvette and I am having issues with the LHS headlight. It wouldn't go up or down however right side work. I swapped relays still same issues so I know its not that. I checked voltage and there power when opening and closing. I pulled the motor apart gears where fine, however magnet in the motor came loose. I glued it back on and cleaned everything up. Tested it on a battery and motor worked great. Re installed it back in the car and same issue wont open or close. I disconnected the plug and tried it again on the battery worked. Plug it back in & it worked twice then stopped. I then changed the male and female (grey connector), still same issue but there's power to the switch. I am wondering does the isolation switch play apart in how the headlights operate?
