I always had a code 36. Today the SES light was out so I was happy.
Probably the problem solved itself.
But .. to be sure, I tried to read the A and B, but nothing appeard. Not even the 12.
Does this mean my car has no codes, that the bulb is gone ... or anything else.
I would go thru the fuses/fusible links even though I don't think the car would run with a dead ECM fuse, To replace the bulb you need to remove the trim around the radio with that out of the way you can pull the DIC box and you can change the bulb. I believe it is a standard 194 bulb you can steal a bulb from one of the other ports for testing maybe even a unused option if there is one.
If have access to a scan tool that would tell all quickly, weather your code is still there and if the ECM is working.
