To remove there are a couple of 7mm screws along the edge and 2 wings that fit into tabs in the 1/4 panel remove screws and wiggle out of the tabs and most of the time they don't just fall out

it's not totally easy you can either donate skin off your arm squeezing between exhaust or remove the Y pipe or at least loosen it from the two rear hanger points let them hang. or remove tire and inner fender, been 35 years since I had need to remove those assemblies a long extension with a Swivel end
