Need hints/advice with my '84 project. The door lock/unlock switches work, the door lock relay works (both driver and passenger sides) and I get power to the grey and tan wires circled below. Results in no action or noise from the lock motor/actuator in the door.
Can I assume the lock motor/actuator in the problem? Or do I need to troubleshoot the theft deterrent system also?
For some reason the post by @ihatebarkingdogs didn't show up here, but he advised me to check continuity and resistance across the terminals on the actuator: I did and learned the internal circuit breaker that @ihatebarkingdogs pointed out to me was fried. New actuators are on the way.
