Recently bought a 93 C4 (see pics). But...found the forum as I am searching on information about mating up a Zf 6-speed to a 5.3 LS swap that is going into a 1980 Datsun 280zx.
But since I do love the C4 and know I will be needing information on the car I should join up.
Recently moved to Houston and I noticed another member on here joked that they like manual shift but don't hate on autos now that they are in Houston. I am the same way. I have a manual daily driver but now that I am in Houston I joke...commuting to work once I get close to Houston driving a manual is like riding a pedal boat that you can only pedal with one foot.
Here are some pics of my 93 C4. It is suffering from steering column damage from previous owner(s). Needs larger tilt column pin, needs the bolts under the blinker level of the steering column tightened up, and needs the high beam clicker sorted out.
Welcome to Houston and the forum. I almost daily my LT4 in Houston, luckily my job allows me to be strategic with my routes and drivetimes.
I only have to drive from the woodlands area to Houston 3 days a week. I try to leave early to beat traffic both ways. The days I don't do that...whew....45 is a mess.
Soon as I sort out the C4 I am going to start driving it in some too.
