I have one. I use it a whole lot more on the car, truck and kids cars as they have ODB2 ports on them. I've only used it a time or two reading codes on my 86, being I don't remember a lot about using it, must have been middle ground. One problem I had IIRC was if a code popped on the 86 when you shut off the car and hooked up the scanner it was not able to find the code.
