X crossover on Corsa

X crossover on Corsa
Has anyone put an X type crossover on a Corsa system? Did it resonate afterwards, or is the secret in the mufflers? If you did replace the resonator, where did you get the X pipe? //Dave

The Corsa should have a H crossover in it right at the front of the resonator. :confused:
H pipes and X pipes are different but do the same thing. Not sure if the gain(or loss) is signifcant enough to make a difference.

Not really concerned if there is a greater HP gain although that would be a plus if there is. I was primarily curious as to what would happen to the sound and if there was resonance, so the answer will have to come from someone that has actually done this conversion. Really don't remember if I have seen anything about this on the forum, but if it didn't resonate, I would seriously consider doing this during the initial install this spring.

I had a muffler shop fabricate an x pipe,I then tried to purchase Corsa mufflers, Corsa said they would not sell mufflers only and they would resonate with the x pipe. :seeya
