Auto or manual? Best place to start is to let the car breathe better by opening up the intake and exhaust. After that maybe gears (and torque converter if auto). N20 is a relatively cheap power adder if you don't want to go into the engine.
I'm guessing the car is stock except for the Cold air intake and PP?
What are your 60' times?
All you can really do without digging into the motor is the TB bypass (where you disconnect the two coolant lines leading into and out of the TB and mate them together with a pipe), headers and catback exhaust. None of those 'power adders' advertised in MidAmerica or Ecklers really works at all.
Best headers are Hookers, but i hope you dont have to pass emissions.
Several exhausts to choose from: Corsa is popular with LT1 guys, Power Effects is my fav, Borla, B&B, Flowmaster.
If youre willing to do engine stuff: LT4 Hotcam, 1.6Roller rockers, Ported heads and intake manifold.
