I’m looking to upgrade my 89 Corvette to the Z51 it should have had all along but was not given due to the FX3 option. It’s sad whoever’s bought this new & paid for the Z51 option & then get screwed out of it because they also bought the FX3. Thus, I’m looking for those components, thr 89-90 Z51 swaybars & springs from what I understand are the items I am needing,

I don't believe you restrict your thoughts to the applications ('89 & '90) that you mention. Having an '89 I believe you could use any of the later Z07 hardware and accomplish satisfactory results if you're eliminating the FX3 completely.

If you have Z51 with FX3, the bars should be 30/24 already, so you should only need the springs. Lower control arm bushings were also stiffer with Z51 but that might be harder to find than the front spring, but you can always do poly.

I set up my 91 FX3 with the FHA (stock) front spring, NYU rear spring, 30/24 bars and Bilstein Z51 shocks. The FX3 switch is always set to "Performance"
