Tranny. Hitting rev limiter.....
How do I set my tranny to shift at a lower rpm? I have a 6k pill in the msd6-AL and I am hitting the limiter. Not all the time, So I would say just a small amount will work?
700r4 with a shift kit and 2400 stall..

If you adjust the tv cable to get the desired shift point, you will be reducing the fluid pressure in teh trans, which will almost invariably result in premature clutch burning...IE: You get stranded with a burnt up trans.
Do it by either playing with the govenor weights or by changing the particular gears shift spring in the valve body. Any other way is asking for problems.
