Pulling codes on a 94 with out scanner tool
Is there a method to pull the error codes from a 94 PCM with out having a scan tool.
There is an method on line at..
http://www.c4vettes.com/ecm.htm but this method is specific for a ECM (OBD I) setup (pre 94). This web page does says "For 1994 and later models, you will need to recover the codes using a special procedure involving the speedometer and the odometer as explained in the service manual or use a special diagnostic device known as a scan tool" I have the factory service manual (ST-364-94 volume 1&2) but can not find a method to pull the code. I miss driving my baby..Please help.

if it isn't a burden, can I get hooked up with those as well?

Re: Pulling codes on a 94 with out scanner tool (kittmaster)
I found the info on how to pull the codes with out a scanner on this web page ...
http://www.c4vettes.com/codes.htm
I'm not sure who maintains this web page, maybe someone on this forum, but it has been instramental to me in keeping my C4 running. Thanks.
I think this info would be good to add to the tech tool tips but I am not sure how to add them.
