1990 corvette CCM
I recently bought a 1990 C4 when I bought it I had drove it home just fine, next day came out to drive the car and it would not start. All the gauges and lights and everything would come on like normal but it just wouldn’t crank or do anything. So I checked the fuse panel and come to find out the CCM fuse blew. So I changed the fuse and put a new one in it and turned the key and it popped it again, tried it about 3 times and still same result. Now my question is is it the CCM that is bad, maybe a grounded wire? Any advise would help

Need to get wiring diagram for your year and see what else else is on that fuse. Something else maybe popping it. My daughter's car (not Corvette but another brand's 90s muscle car) kept popping the fuse that powered the computer and it turned out to be a O2 Sensor pre-heater shorted out.
