I have to replace the yoke on my 89 cause it is damaged. I cannot find any new ones with the dampener on it, Can I replace it with one that doesn't have it then rebalance the drive shaft? Thanks

That design is with a rubber isolator. Many have removed as attached.
If you actually have an issue with the finish of the slip-yoke, yes you can use a slip-yoke less the dampener. A Spicer 2-3-9211X is a duplicate of the OE less the dampener and probably still available. If you don't have a finish issue there's options!
****The 2-3-9211X also has the correct 'counter-bore'
If there's 'no leak' I've a friend who would likely just 'cut the ring' in halves and leave the drive-shaft in the car. Drive it and if there's no 'vibrations' DRIVE ON. Check occasionally for the slip-yoke seeping at the rear seal.
