What Wheels are these ?
These are A-Mold lookalikes as far as I know. They have track tires on them and that's what I'm going to use them for. Anybody familiar with this brand ?

Yes, OE Wheels LLC. Large line of replica wheels made in China. I have a few sets from them, no problems. Replicas are typically a few lbs. heavier than OEM. Mine have held up to autocross and track time and I know others who road race on them.
