Default Frozen manifold bolts

Ive got three frozen intake manifold bolts. The ones that I have been able to free are full of rubber in the threads (RTV?), like this:

i’ve tied two styles of extraction tools; the ones that go around the head of the bolt simply spin. And I can’t drill into the head of the bolts either. So, how do I get these stupid bolts off?

If they are frozen. Thaw them out.
Ok not funny.

Sorry, to hear that. So close to the hidden valley.
I'm shocked. Typically torx bolts are bullet proof.
Hopefully the remaining are in the clear?

Heat is the best method. Make sure this area is CLEAN. nothing to burn. Use map gas or propane. Focus the heat. In the center of torx. Hind site. If only you stopped at stuck.
Your next size up extractor should turn. If still won't budge. Re- heat. try to get PB blaster or similar penetrate oil. To hit the threads. Last resort big vise grips. GOOD name brand to assist with extractor.

With the Plenums out of the way you have room enough to take a chisel make a purchase cut on the edge, once you do that strike in the direction of rotation out.

Along with heat they should pop

Thanks, all, but @s carter , that chisel idea was the one that worked on that last stubborn bolt. The other two came off with heat but the third one resisted everything else. I finally heated it, soaked with PB Blaster, heated more, hit with chisel, heated more, hit it more... took about 15 minutes to get it to move about 45 degrees. After that, was able to remove with the locking pliers.
Thank you!!!

I have always used Permatex 81343 because that is what the local stores carry. Seems to work fine on stainless steel. Never had a problem with galling or getting things apart. I notice that the Loctite "Silver" brand manufacturer says it is okay for stainless. I have never seen it in the local stores but Amazon carries it. In any case a little goes a long ways. Like the old Brylcream hair tonic ads of the 1950's "a little dab will do you".
