Just bought the car, drove it 30 miles and now it's missing. Replaced the spark plugs, new coil and ignition control module. Injectors read 13.8 to 14 ohms. No codes. Is it optispark time?
My understanding is that the injectors can ohm out ok but still have an issue with clogged orifices. If the car only has 4500 miles I could see all that sitting leading to that taking place. Clogged injectors won't necessarily throw any codes.
Woow congrats.
That is just shy of brand new.
If this is the true mileage. Nothing should have worn out/ failed verses a car with 130k plus miles.
Battery condition no bad cells.
Spark plug wires can deteriorate.
(1) spark plug wire condition
(2) 93 with 4.5k leaves serious park time.
Gas/ moisture. Could lead to rust/ other build up
Do you have a fuel pressure gauge.
Check fuel pressure at the rear fuel rail RS
Cannot hurt to install a new fuel filter.
You will see the condition if containmenated.
