Headers and plug wires....
Im getting headers before too long and Im concerned about the routing of my plug wires.You guys(or girls)with headers on the LT1,what did you do different with your plug wires?Just wanna know this stuff ahead of time.Thanks in advance.

I ended up replacing the wires with Taylors, with the 90 deg. boot ends and cut my own to the correct length. Otherwise, several were touching the headers and would have burned quickly. I did re-rout as needed to make a clean job and avoid rubbing wires on moving parts and used many wire looms from aftermarket sources to accomadate the larger 8mm wires. Also get a supply of good quality plastic wire ties to hold stuff in place as needed.
The original wire holders were useless, so I removed them.
I did the "shorty" route with JBA's, Take your time and make it look symetrical with the wire routing.
