I don't think so. Maybe the PO tried a delete and didn't like it. It has cats. Very, very, small cats. I didn't know they made them that small, to tell the truth. But they are there.
I wish I could run it as you see it. I started it with the open headers tonight. I love the sound of the chambered pipes and the Spintech turn downs, but the open headers are on a completely different level. Too bad I'd lose all of my torque running it like this, because I'd seriously consider it.
Doh!!! It was the after cat connector.
Car's back together now. Took it out for a spin. Went easy on it, need to break in the clutch. It's working well, and I'm back to having fun. 👍
Also I took it around the block with open headers. The loss of torque was immense, and it sounded terrible under even a light load. So much for wanting to run it that way. It's ok because the chambered pipes and turn downs sound really good, too. Especially from 50 to 80 on I95.
Not that I would have any way of knowing a thing like that.....
