I have replaced opti spark, silinoid, ignition control module, I bought a new battery. Car still won't start. It used to, but won't anymore. Motor turns over but won't start. The non skid stop working, also the digital speedometer. Any suggestions would help.
I know you replaced parts but when cranking do you have spark? Dan
I have spark. The wire from distributor might not have spark. I have to double check
It used to crank, and turn on , now it just cranks. Last time I got it started with the neighbor spraying starter fluid in throttle body. After awhile I turned it off. And that was it. I bought a new battery to, but so far nothing.

I actually mean do you have spark at the spark plugs? Pull a wire and stick a spark plug in it and ground it out and crank it. The plug should have spark. Dan

It is worth the hours of hard work, keep going, when you have a good working vette you will see how glad you were to continue. There is just something about my vette at 35mph chugging along that I love, the folks behind me don't, but I do

Thanks for all the answers on. Here. It's a good place like Corvette family. I miss driving my vette the feeling it gives on take offs. I know the highways where I live and I travel with a radar detector. And the car gets looks, and thumbs up. When I figure it out you guys will be the first ones I tell the answer to. Hopefully it's a simple one.
