John, I'm thinking your best best it to make these your self. From my experience you can find the entire set up (used) but not a separate screen to be attached.
Your plastic frames look to be in good condition so a cleaning, a template cut and you are good.
< $10 bucks for the part and $20 for the beer (you need to have a friend over)

I reused the plastic frames and glued stainless steel mesh to the underside and reinstalled. Looks good.
