How inter changeable are center caps ?
I have the 94-95 ZR1 reproduction ( USA Made) Wheels. I have no center caps and am looking to get C4 reproduction caps. How much can I mix and match that will snap in ? The zip catalog makes them all look the same with no dementions. Its probably not that easy.

'84 thru 90 center caps are the same dimensionally and '91+ center caps are the same dimensionally. Any '91+ center cap generally will fit the after-market A-Molds. There are blanks available also for the '91+dimension.

It looks like the Vendors are running on low stock on most of these. If I want to paint the Cap and remove the Emblem and re install them is that going to work ? I see that the Emblems are avalable on there own which tells me they are probably going to get destroyed prying them out.

The difference is the retaining clip diameter. The diameter of the face is the same for 84-96
